Meat LASAGNA. Lasagna is one of those dishes that is so famous and favorite among children and adults that is not missing in special events, the truth is I don't know why I hadn't shared it if I love it but hey, finally here it is, come with me to see it.

⏩Ingredients (33×21×6.5 Cm):
2 large onions.
2 Large Carrots.
3 20 cm sprigs of Celery.
950 to 1 Kg of ground meat (Beef or Mix of beef and pork).
3 Cloves of garlic (optional).
150 to 200 g of bacon/pancetta.
200 ml of red or white wine.
500 gr of Passata or tomato puree.
300 ml of Vegetable/chicken/beef broth.
60 to 70 ml of milk.
1 bay leaf.
1/2 to 1 tsp salt or to taste.
1 tsp Italian spices or mixture of oregano, thyme, basil.
Pinch of ground black pepper.
Bechamel sauce:
90 gr of butter.
90 g of flour (1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp).
1 liter of milk (5 Cups).
Salt to taste.
Pinch of ground black pepper.
1/4 tsp nutmeg.
24 to 30 sheets of fresh or dried lasagna.
⏩Tips and recommendations:
1. You can prepare the meat and the bechamel sauce the day before, if you use fresh pasta like I prepare when you are going to assemble the lasagna.
2. Let the lasagna cool before consuming, plus it will not fall apart and it will have a much better flavor.
