Should be condo not hdb right? If so the bomb shelter should be able to modify. If hdb there are certainly requirements

Of course when the house is new and no kids. Wait when u have babies/kids: pram, cot, changing table, car seat, bath tub, strollers, water bottles, bouncer, rocker, sterilizers, diapers, toys, clothes, feeding essentials, all over the place then give us another tour.
