How can we reclaim our lives from it being run by negative emotions? In this short guided meditation, we take a look behind the scenes at how we lose ourselves in random thoughts and emotions. It is about understanding and shifting our relationship to emotions that without awareness will run our lives and cause a lot of suffering.
Life is so much deeper and more joyful for us and around us without blind reaction to anger, hate, jealousy, contempt, shame, insecurity, and many fears. It is a mistake to fight these emotions or want to get rid of them. There is a much better way.
