This deep sleep guided meditation will soothe your mind and relax your body as you visualise going through countryside, a city and mountains before arriving at a beach hut by the sea.
Use your visualisation skills and imagination against the words that you hear, making each train journey a very different experience.
This deep sleep guided meditation will help alleviate worries, stress and tension as you transport yourself somewhere else in your mind.

Love all your sleep stories. I have terrible insomnia and the train stories really do help. This one, I’ve noticed has music behind the train sounds and sets my severe tinnitus off to the point I have to turn it off. Has anyone else noticed this as a problem?

Christian, your timing is impeccable! I love the train journey's, most of all. I can't wait to listen to this in a few minutes. I'm an only child. Often, when I played alone, I'd pretend that I was traveling on a train. Hearing the train go by my Gram's whilst staying with her brought me comfort, too. I find the sound of a train very relaxing - so I was disappointed that there was music on this one as it gets in the way.

Noted, I go through patches of finding the wrong music and i agree with everyone else, though it seemed ok at the time of editing. What kind of train sound do you like? I will be doing an extended version of this soon

@@MeditationVacation first off that very off putting music. When we leave the train where is the ocean sound?? Hmmm? What about that? (still horrible music) the train sound keeps going. Just found it hard to listen to and was definitely not liking that awful music. Sorry you asked now huh?! 😂

@Wildflowerafternoons I did, it helps make the meditations better. 😂 I will be doing a longer no music version soon with ocean sounds. My idea with this one was to make the ocean part a dream as you fall asleep on the train. The listener would imagine the destination. I can’t make a good one every time 🤷
