Install the small tan case to the battery box on the top and then make a pad to be put onto front of tan box to use it as a back rest.

If you split your battery box in half you could use the other half for a tool box, or emergency box, first aid kit, some water, nuts, energy bar's, energy drink,? Just a thought looks strongly made frame, all the best to you and your loved ones

He’s clever enough he could rig up a pair of narrow saddle bag type storage compartment to carry small stuff.

I wonder if they make a “flexible” solar trickle charger you could adhere to the top contour of the headlight? Or, mount on top of the battery box?

How did mount that pelican box? Drill holes through the case and secure with U bolts & nuts? I like it!

No... u don't. In PART 4 it magically just showed up on the bike, and no mention of it in PART 3 either.

Hey bud... did you figure out the wiring pin out on that MM 212 rectifier / regulator? You mentioned finding a wiring diagram, but darned if I can find it online.

Think I would have to relocate that ignition switch some where more convenient…and maybe an air box for that air filter dangling in the wind.

I'm currently waiting for mine in the mail and I'm so excited to put it together and do what you did. Now that you've had the bike for a year how is it holding up? Do you still love it as much as when you first got it?

I remember back in the day I worked for Bonanza Mini Bike in San Jose , CA . We had a guy on every build would pull and pull and pull trying to start the motor for the first time and I would walk by him and turn off the KILL SWITCH and it would start right up . We won't go into what he would call me .. LOL... As you were trying to start it I kept yelling , IT IS THE KILL SWITCH ... LOL... Also , now you know why you need to move the start switch so you can use your left hand to start the bike and the right hand on the gas ,

@@SeanFillner TRUE , But you really need to move the key switch higher . Splashing Mud and Water in it will not work out for you . Have Fun , Wear a helmet and stay safe ...

Yeah we've all been there. On mine I swapped the on-off kill switch for a momentary button. You do need to keep it pressed for 1 full second for the engine not to restart from its own centrifugal force but that's a small price to pay for never having to remember to flip the switch before you crank it up.

Did you just use some conduit/pipe strap to secure the pelican case to the rack?

@@SeanFillner , I saw that you put it on the back but couldn’t tell what you attached it to the frame with…I bought an Apache 2800 from harbor freight I am gonna try to mount to mine

Can you please tell me how you wired that up? I have the same bike and tilotson electric start 212. I do have a battery I will add, I just don't know what to hook where from the factory harness to the engine. All I have hooked up is the killswitch.

I got my headlight and kill switch wired up…still waiting for gopowersports video on how they recommend wiring everything. They also don’t tell you that a rectifier isn’t included in the kit and you have to purchase one separately 😅

@@cyberwlf420 I have my killswitch hooked up, but not my headlight. My kit came with the rectifier. Please let me know if they send you that info, if you don't mind. Any screenshots or links would be greatly appreciated! I had asked them once, via email, but got no response.

@@joemorgan1979 yeah it took some figuring out GPS still says they will release some info..I basically took the 2 brown wires from the rectifier and looped them in with the coil wire coming from the engine and going to the key box . Hope this makes sense 😂 (Looking at the white connector for rectifier from the back, wire the top right brown wire from rectifier to the brown wire coming from key box using a piece of wire and bullet connectors and the lower left brown wire from rectifier to the engine coil) also note I have not hooked up my battery yet but that will prob change some of the wiring when I do

Did you install the stage 1 kit right away and than did the brake in or did install the stage 1 kit right out the box and than did the brake in?

The brakes work just fine.

Did you install the stage 1 kit right away out the box and then use the engine? Or did you use the engine without the stage one kit first for a while and then after using it install the stage 1 kit?

I bought a replacement led bulb for my headlight. Its 3W...very bright and uses hardly any battery.

will you be able to get plates if its street legal ?

Not in Oregon. They have the toughest plating laws for dirt bikes and motorcycles. You can get an atv permit for ohv area use though. I will be covering this in a later video

Gosh, what will I do with my life now........I will just keep doing what I do, didn't mean to offend was just looking for specific knowledge that your video title lead me to thinking you were going to educate me on, but didn't.
