I actually like how MegaMan sounds here. They make him sound a bit older in the games, but he looks like a kid so it always felt kinda off, but I think the younger voice here fits him.

I like how Scott McNeil voices Wily like in the Ruby Spears cartoon. It seems like it's always natural for him to just nail a role in a Capcom based cartoon and he'd appear in an OVA based on the game too. Exception is Street Fighter

Yes. At least in this show. In the Ruby Spears cartoon he could sort of talk. Though he just parrots what other people say.

@@n9900565 Yes. Although he remains mute for most of the series. Though, for the record, I'm not against the idea of Rush talking. Yes, he's a dog, but he's a robot. And all robots can talk if they're programmed to.
