I didn’t grow jalapeños this year, but if I can get enough peppers from my sweet heat pepper plant, I might try your red sauce. I just threw a few of them that I chopped up into a tiny mason jar to pickle them, but I’m hoping I can get enough off of my plant to do a bit more! Homemade hot sauce!😋 The best! I am more of a scotch bonnet girl, so much so that I like chopping them up and adding them to my eggs for breakfast. I prefer little to no vinegar if possible. For me, vinegar kills too much of the spice of flavor of the pepper. I am hoping to try out some fermented hot sauce recipes this summer. 😋
