May I say, this routine changed my life! I am completely bald but my 6yr old daughter has hair just like yours. For years, we have struggled to find products that work well with her hair. You don’t have to wait for an hour to let the product sit, if you want definition then drying under the dryer (or using a diffuser) straight after you style your hair is best because your hair doesn’t have time to get frizzy while it air dries. :)

So glad you finally posted this video. Looking forward to using your tips. We have similar curl patterns in the crown of our head. Yes, we females need more iron (ferrous bisyglinate) and when taken with vitamin c it helps your body to absorb the iron. Some forms may leave you with a sluggish gut or upset stomach, so talk to your pharmacist or dr when choosing which form to take.

your hair looks so beautiful, thanks for posting :)) that curl you pointed out looks a lot like moisture overload which is basically when your hair is too moisturized. My friend got it and showed it to and that's exactly what it looked like. I think a protein treatment would help but do more research on it 💜

Just a little tip, you get less shrinkage and frizz, and more definition if you go under the dryer right away.

And don't be afraid to use the uncle funky's without a leave in. I was hesitant at first, but it's super moisturizing. I also think that gives more hold.
