Tomatoes - 1.5 kg.
Sweet pepper - 1.5 kg.
Hot pepper - 2 pcs.

Parsley - 2 bunches.
Salt (coarse) - 2.5 tbsp.

Я такой салат делаю почти каждый год, но в домашних условиях и подвале храниться не будет без уксуса. Я в каждую банку добавляю по 1 - ой столовой ложке уксуса и на дно банки вливаю по 1- ой ст.ложке прокипяченного растительного масла, а все остальное приготовлением также как в данном рецепте. Действительно получается очень вкусно, зимой такое салатик просто объединение.

The important thing is to make sure that it is absolutely airtight. If air enters, the product will deteriorate. You don't produce one. Probably you just need to ask someone to send it, but... this key also needs covers, which you don’t have either. Therefore, if you bought something from preservation with screw caps in your store, then do not throw these jars away, but use them for your own purposes, for example, sterilize the lid and jar, and close as described in the recipe.

Thank you for getting back with me so quickly, Melissa. I live in the USA-Florida to be exact, where we have two different growing seasons, Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. We just started growing our own vegetable’s, and we’re producing more than we can consume. I just bought a digital canner (which arrived yesterday), plus some jars and the rest of the supplies I need to preserve the rest of my summer harvest.
