He is so damn special! I really needed him and he was there for me like he always is. Because I panicked and didn't knew what to do I went looking for him. When I found him he took me with him to his office and we talked 2 times that day, the day after we talked again and today again. He really helped me through the week🥺

I was diagnosed with aniexty depression PTSD. It's been really hard year for me. I lost my best friend my sister and it's been hard. Listening to this song helps me know that I'm not alone.

The biggest part of this for me was when he said "When nothing feels real anymore." A lot of times I have to be pulled back to reality because the dream world I visit is much better than the pain I have went through. Even though I know people care the pain is still there, lurking in the darkness, making me feel alone in a crowded room. If I can give any advice to anyone reading this, find one person, one person to talk to and open up. It's hard to open up to anyone, but find that one person and teach them the signs of when you are regressing toward that darker part of yourself so they can help. They won't understand fully what's going on inside your head, no one ever truly will, but they know you are hurting and want to help, so get that one person, keep them close, and teach them how to help.

"when nothing feels real anymore" ever since I found the love of my life laying on the floor lifeless my heart was torn into pieces she made everything feel okay she made me happy after I reserved the call that she didn't make it everything crumbled and fell apart. That same night I was cleaning the house and I found a box with a letter attached and in the box was a beautiful ring I started crying and the letter read "she wasn't going to say yes to me anyway" I fell to the floor and felt my world start to fall apart. I still have all of her stuff in my house after a year of her being gone I still can't let go I still sleep in her sweater I smell her cologne every day just to help me feel okay but I will never truly be okay. she was the one I wanted to spend my life with. she was the one I wanted to start a family with. she was the one. With her gone, nothing feels real anymore.
