120 g cake flour
30 g cocoa powder
5 egg yolks
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
80 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
70 g vegetable oil
160 g milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg white
90 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
For Frosting
150 g water
40 g corn starch
100 g whipping cream
400 g milk
200 g granulated sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp agar agar powder
150 g unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

- Bake preheated oven at the 170 C for 25-30 minutes

เบกกิ้งโซดา 1/4 ช้อนชา
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาลทราย 80 กรัม
เกลือ 1/2 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันพืช 70 กรัม
นมสด 160 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ไข่ขาว 5 ฟอง (เบอร์ 2)
น้ำตาล 90 กรัม
น้ำส้มสายชู 1/2 ช้อนชา
สูตรหน้านิ่ม
น้ำ 150 กรัม
แป้งข้าวโพด 40 กรัม
วิปปิ้งครีม 100 กรัม
นมสด 400 กรัม
น้ำตาล 200 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ผงโกโก้ 50 กรัม
ผงวุ้น 1 ช้อนชา
เนยสดจืด 150 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา

ในคลิปใช้พิมพ์อบขนาด 10 x 10 นิ้ว
และพิมพ์ที่ใส่ภายหลังขนาด 9 x 9นิ้ว

วิธีการอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม 25-30 นาที
