Ingredients:
For the dough:
150g (2/3 cup) butter
100 g (approx. 3.5 oz) chocolate
4 eggs
120 g (about 1/2 cup) sugar
120 g (about 1 cup) flour type 1050
1 tsp cinnamon
20 g (approx. 1/4 cup) cocoa
80 g (about 2/3 cup) walnuts, chopped
2 teaspoons of baking soda
For the filling:
200 g (approx. 7 oz or just under 2/3 cup) apricot jam
For the icing:
100 ml (about 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) cream (30% fat content)
100 g (approx. 3.5 oz) chocolate
Baking instruction:
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes (top/bottom heat).
Use a baking pan that measures: 20cm x 30cm (about 8" x 12")
