What an excellent recording. This pianist really understands the instrument; how to properly make a crescendo/decrescendo, good legato, tone control, playing with the action's engagement, measuring detachment, timing the engagement of all the notes in synchro, making good accents, good rubato, and most importantly, being appropriate in interpretation. Even their ornaments are flawlessly executed. Even the piano is perfectly regulated and tuned. God, there was a time when this was all common and expected of artists/music.

Не зря же я так сильно люблю Мендельсона ,он создаёт такие великолепные произведения, как будто именно ,специально для меня.Его музыка оказывает, какое то,необычайное влияние на мой внутренний мир,со мною ,что то,происходит. Возможно именно те звуки ,которые он создал и есть шедевр. И каждый раз ,когда я слушаю новое для меня сочинение,я восхищаюсь. Спасибо.

Dude!! At 0:32-:038 he left out the D sharps! There's hope for the world of people who are putting out classy stuff with a few mistakes! I love it.

If you as me,It sounded too intentional to be a mistake. I think it’s most likely a misprint on the edition shown in the video and that Prosseda is using a different edition
