Thank you for the video. I am definitely obsessed with 24k gold. The Menē jewels increase in value with time! Awesome! I am done with every other jeweler selling 14k: Tiffany co; Cartier; Harry Winston.... Etc.

Thanks for following up on my earlier suggestion, Lea. I have purchased several pieces of MENE jewelry and given pieces to two high school graduates as well as a 'statement of appreciation' for my dance instructors. I agree with you 100% on the beauty and affordability and investment qualities of the MENE jewelry concept. Beautiful pieces to complement other pieces in a collection or to start one from the ground up....I have a mild addiction to investing in MENE pieces as well:)

Oh I came back to update what I wrote. I did buy some mene earrings in October and all I have to say is……..I LOVE THIS BRAND!!!! They have already went up in value enough with the coupon I had and when I bought them…that I would get every cent back. That means including the mene fee…everything. They are an investment. And I get a non jewelry lover not wanting to pay that fee….but if you love jewelry…this jewelry is the best Americans pretty much can find for the most bang for your buck. I’m a little stumped that it hasn’t caught on really yet. I think they need more than to just sponsor a few people (I’m sure there are probably some KZfaqrs sponsored). They need advertisement big time but maybe I have no idea how popular they really are. But I don’t see many new videos on it. I feel like it will take off (I wanna buy the stock) but I could be wrong.

I bought from them today and checked their stock as well. It’s currently operating at a loss. Not sure why because this is an awesome idea!

This is what Indians do! We invest in gold jewellery with the added benefit that we get to wear beautiful intricate designs. But 24k is too malleable for the Indian jewellery designs. ..so we have 22k jewellery instead. Check out tanishq jewellery ads for ideas of amazing gold designs!!

Your ring ‘survived’ because it’s thick. If you get ‘micro’ chains and thin rings with tiny diamonds, then yes it’s going to bend and maybe even break, but a solid ring like yours isn’t that. At all.
@BrandonHernandez-yx2wy3 жыл бұрын
So what’s a good weight for a starter 22k gold ring. A lot of 22k rings I see online are 2-5 grams. Do you think that’s enough to not bend? If it is how many grams should a ring weigh to not bend?
@argentummoonjewellery35033 жыл бұрын
Brandon Hernandez I wouldn’t worry too much about 22K. 22K is scarcely softer than sterling silver. Most people are surprised by this, but it’s true. Not fine silver, but good ‘ol .925. With that said, 2-5 grams is pretty light considering the density of 22K. I would go at least 3.5-4 grams given its over 1.5 times as dense as sterling silver.
@BrandonHernandez-yx2wy3 жыл бұрын
@@argentummoonjewellery3503 ok ty I'll probably buy a 4 gram 22k gold ring.

Yeah gold wears like a tire on a car. Gravel roads or hot roads or friction will wear it down with time. Platinum wears differently, it flows and dents more then wearing away. After 300 000 miles on a car you’ll have burnt out most of the platinum in your cars exhaust system but you’d have also worn through several pairs of tires.

What are your thoughts on the fee for the product? Seems to be around 20% fee 80% gold for your dollar. Also is their gold the same purity of gold bullion coins and bars? Like meltdown value
@factitiously4 жыл бұрын
It is pure 24 karat gold. Same as bullion and bars. You can watch a video I just did on Mene here kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mbKbfdlmqte6fZc.html
@Cmfz414 жыл бұрын
Gold is gold. It doesn't matter if it's a necklace or a coin. Bullion is 99.999 pure. There are some coins which are only 22k such as U.S mint gold eagles. The Mene fee is for the designer and the manufacturing costs of making the jewelry. If you want to get gold close to spot, jewelry is not the best way to go. If you are trying to get the most bang for your buck you need to look at gold bars. If you want an investment you can wear from time to time and don't mind paying a premium, Mene is a good option. I use Mene when I want to add to my gold holdings but also want to make my wife happy.

Cmfz41 I agree with your concept. Buy gold bars if you want to get top dollar on investment, but invest in Menē if you want your woman to be happy. Additionally, the gold price increasing with time, if you ever want to sell. If she lets you!
@sharingallgoodfruit85133 жыл бұрын
Divide the price by the gram amount to discover how much it cost per gram. 24k is wearable but it is softer and can nick up or bend easier. Another thing to consider is that there is a cost to sell the gold back to Me, 10% minimum. There is also cost to sell it to someone who will smelt the gold. By at the lowest price possible and enjoy it.
@bermudez0510 Жыл бұрын
Very true you pay like 30% premium but when you sell it you should get close to spot at a gold refiner. It shouldn't say the word investment because gold is more like a way to preserve your wealth

while 24k gold won't tarnish, it's best not to wear it 24/7 because they are malleable and can bend or may not retain their shape. I have a 24k gold ring which I keep wear from time to time and then keep in my ring box. If you have alot of gold, open a safety at the bank and keep them there!!!

Well its ironic how Mene is promoting is as investment grade gold but fail to mention their commissions are almost 50% of the value of gold. I do like their designs and the concept of pure gold but I wouldn’t call it an investment. For example if you buy $750 item it’s gold is worth only $500. So you’ve immediately lost $250 off it. The gold will have to increase 50% in price just for you to break even. Not a smart investment.
@MrsPaulaTorres3 жыл бұрын
Yes because the gold increases in value for minuscule 2% on average annually. Wisest is to buy your own gold & take it to 24k pro, that’s what I am doing anyway. Labour costs too, but not 50%
@zenolamott11102 жыл бұрын
It isn't 50%, not even close. Have you even looked at a single one?

@factitiously4 жыл бұрын
Gold is an investment for everyone, not for women. Gold has been money for thousands of years, and you can still buy with gold today the same thing you could buy two thousand years ago. Gold holds its value. Meanwhile, fiat currencies, such as the dollar and the euro, are losing value all the time. So a lot of people like to store their money in gold so that it doesn't lose value. In other places around the world, such as India, people still use gold as money, but specifically they use gold jewelry for trading.

There’s truth to the stereotype, but even when the stereotype applies, it’s smarter to have them get 1500 in gold for 2000 than to go to a jewelry shop and spend 3,000 for 1000 in gold.
