He looks great, but he's aging. He looks 10 years younger than his age, but he has the tell-tale thinness to his face, which happens after 50 in many people. It's not as noticeable because he has thick, dark hair and he has decent skin. The body isn't usually hard to keep looking young if you remain active as an adult.

I'm the same age as Paul Rudd and I thought he was talking about my parents, sugary cereals and pop. 10 cups of coffee or in my case Tetley tea. A lot of English parents in the 1970s were the same, my friends parents too. We were all going to school high on Frosties. Good times.
