After the tragic suicide of Jason David Frank, and an absence on KZfaq dude to mental health I wanted to talk about what it means to be an action figure collector with mental health issues. I hope this helps!

Really happy this video came into my recommended. I think anyone who gravitates to a hobby that is isolating like figure collecting can appreciate what your saying. Its hard because I have a lot of friends and family that are supportive but theres still a lack of understanding. Im really grateful that we live in an age where other collectors with similar interests are easy to talk to.

Thank you man, been having a rough time with depression. Have to say...every man who has a toy collection sooner or later asks himself THE question. Was the time, money, and energy you sunk into your hobby worth it?, or did you waste your life on tiny pieces of shaped plastic? I'm a 41 year old New York man who has sizable collections of transformers, Gijoe, Lego, Megaconstrux, Star wars, and both marvel and DC superheroes along with various others. It has became my life, now that I have 5 years sobriety. I have no kids. I'm still not sure what will happen to my collection after I leave this world and that keeps me up at night. I am in therapy. And I tip my hat to you. Great content. Great vids. Glad I saw this today. You got a subscriber....oh and I'm sure lady collectors feel the same, I was just giving it from my viewpoint....
