Very good video. Nice to see Marissa progressing nicely. Good setup advice. The point about illuminating the eyes was instructive. In the examples, the eyes looked truly great! I hope Marissa continues to develop her skills and allowing her to do more presenting is clearly paying off. Congratulations to all.

One small tip to pass on to Marisa, her model is slouching a bit, place the palm of your hand in the small (lower part) of his back and press. It will make the model sit up straight, good posture is everything. Just like our Mother used to tell us. LOL rise is really getting the hang of this. I bet Marisa has her own personal Daniel muppet. LOL

Nice simple lighting set up. My only question is how often do you paint your walls and what shade of white is the paint. Obviously a 4x4 or 8x8 silk would work too. Keep up the good work with Marisa and keep at it Marisa. Thanks and have a good weekend Daniel and Marisa. 😎👍🇨🇦

Great video. Also, Daniel, why the 24-70 f/4 over the 24-120 f/4? The 24-70 appears to be your “go-to” lens.

Great shoot Marissa!!, but Daniel, I noticed the flashes are 'bare_bulbs', aka No magnum 70 cm (silver inside) reflectors on the front ,like you see on profoto & Broncolor light heads; is this a part of this set up ( ie not having too much light, or too hard a light)?
