The Mercedes Benz EQE comes with a 100kWh battery and a real-world range around 350 miles. But AMG have got their hands on it now! Power gets up to more than 500kW and torque hits 1,000Nm!
But what's the competition? Although some people compare it to the Model 3, it's much closer in size to the Model S.

Does it steer in the rear wheels? Will they eventually have a two door with a bigger boot for those that are past their family carrying years? Great summary‼️

I don't think that there will be a 2 door version. 2 door versions are very 1983! 😉These days even Coupés often have 4 doors!

Not sure about the rear wheel steering. Maybe they'll leave those extras for the more expensive EQS to differentiate it? We'll know in time anyway. Thanks as always Gary!

Great review! Any comments on Heat Pump in this car? I really like this car but, bit concerned about the range. Do you think it is wise idea to buy this model, if one doesn’t has personal charging station (apartment resident)?

Hopefully, Mercedes doesn't option their product from various buyers price point. I am in the BEV market and I am looking at the AMG53+ version, Model S LR, and Lucid Air Touring. Price point aside, how much tech can I get with my dollars with all things being relative...

IMO the EQE/EQS exterior looks a little boring (like AUDIs or Teslas do). I prefer designs like IONIQ 5, Cupra Born, Polestar 2 etc., too. The interior (to me) is what I call a "Schlimmeaugenwurst" (=bad eye sausage (don't mind if it makes no sense. It doesn't make sense in German, too)). I'll instantly get eye cancer with this awful disco ambient light (personal opinion). In addition to this the price is beyond the money I'm willing to pay for a car! At the end it's still a computer in a metal box to carry me from A to B.
