el noa noa was a bar night club in ciudad Juarez Mexico. it opened it's doors in 1964. but it wasn't until 1980 when Juan Gabriel wrote this song about it. so the song is really saying do you wanna dance tonight then let's go to the noa noa. by the way the club cought on fired in 2004 and was eventually demolished and it's now car parking lot..

@@ElizabethGarcia-gv4jl that is correct he was finally given a chance to perform. he had a female friend that was 17 years old and he was 16. they both would always found a way to get into the club illegally.cause you had to be 18 to get in.

Noa noa was a nightclub in Juarez Mx where Juan Gabriel used to perform when he was very young. My mom grew up in Juarez and she tells me she used to lie to my grandma about going to this club because she wasn’t allowed to go 😆. I also grew up in Juarez. I grew ip listening to his songs. I love him.

Thank you for your reaction to Juan Gabriel. First I must explain that Noa Noa was the first place where he started singing in public whwn he was very young. It was called Noa Noa and it was a modest bar near the border between Mexico and the USA. Years later he wrote this song in remembrance to honor the place.At the beginning of the song he mentions that that day was his 40th birthday and that is the way he wanted to celebrate it having so much fun. There’s a series of the life of Juan Gabriel called “Hasta Que Te Conoci”, it’s 13 episodes, based on autobiography and interviews, if you guys would really like to know his life since he was a little and how he grew up and became the great artist he was, I would definitely recommend you watch this series.

Andre and Dominica this song el nos noa this was the name of a restaurant bar called el noa noa where he began to sing still under age but they let him sing And he made that song out of that. you guys I really like to watch your videos there is a lot to watch from him through his career he wrote about 1800 songs on his life as a singer songwriter. El Noa Noa era un Cabaret en Ciudad Juárez, México dónde Juan Gabriel conoció a una prostituta q le dió alojamiento después de dejar el internado y ahí inicio el cantó siendo de gran apoyo para el estos inicio, en la actualidad ya no existe dicho cabaret
