Thanks for the feedback. It can get abit complicated. If you have 4 hoses from your thermostat housing to your exhaust (2on eachside) 1 hose will go to the bottom of the exhaust manifold then the other goes to the front of the exhaust riser - you would use the restricted gasket all above as seen in video. If you only have 2 hoses from thermostat housing each going to the bottom of exhaust manifold then use the full flow gaskets with all 4 water openings the same size. I hope this helps some. I have the log style manifolds. I have the 2 hoses to each manifold. I'm running hot at higher RPMs. I have a dully restricted metal gasket between the manifold and riser. The metal one. I'm not sure if that's right. It doesn't make sense. The top of the thermostat goes to the riser and that's the only water going out the exhaust

probably clogged
