Fingers crossed for your scan results, hope you’re feeling better soon there are lots of viruses in the uk too, I’ve had cough and cold for three weeks now with awful joint pain and generally feeling miserable. Can’t wait to hear what your news is, you’ve got me guessing now xx

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for this scan. This hasn't been said very much, but I'll pray especially for your mental health and strength. I know this hasn't been easy for you. For what is going on with this, maybe counseling or group therapy is a good idea. It's nothing to be ashamed about if you're hesitant. It could really help because it's not just a cancer journey but a mental health journey.

I wish he could, but he has bad hips (he’s an old fella). I take him on walks, but he would be super sore if I took him running.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer 17 years ago. I absolutely refused chemo/radiation and made the decision to not allow any garbage medication into my body. I have always been a "from scratch" cook and proceeded, at that time, to make the most delicious and nutritious food. 17 years and I have never been checked again - I refuse to have a medical community take over my life! I'm sure if I had followed their routine all those years ago, I wouldn't be here now.
