I get so worried about wildlife in this heat! Seeing your puppy panting makes me think about it. Also I just learned about the red wolves in North Carolina that there are only 15 left in the wild there because of poachers and getting hit by cars (and the poachers aren’t prosecuted!). Also, I have a hands free leash! Because my dog can’t handle off leash lol Anyway this beautiful country and these gorgeous trails, enjoy them!! ❤

Glad to know things are still stable. In my soon-to-begin treatment, I intend to support it with a change in my diet. There are a lot of great resources and holistic oncologists out there to help as well. Just got the book Radical Remission by Kelly Turner to get me started. My prayers to you and your family.

Thank you for sharing your story. My journey was similar to yours, with surgery to remove a mole a couple of years ago, and just found out recently it spread to my lungs and brain. Thankfully they are small and I don't have symptoms. I will start my immunotherapy next week. I pray that as time goes on, better treatments will arise and cure you completely. God bless.

it must be soo hard to live with a diagnosis that is stable! but there a d no idea what could hit you next. Your facing a tough smack in the face. So chemo stop the progression of this disease along with diet, exercise and faith. which was the biggest factor to your well being? When you know focus in doubling that factor. Thats what I would do. You changed your diet back to what you were doing when you got sick. How is that working ? Plant based they constantly write bad things about it but I don’t believe it. I also believe alittle of everything in moderation won’t kill us and might makes us stronger. You decide for you and you do what you need to for you.

sourdough bread is healthy bread!!

I keep my starter in the microwave with a mason jar of heated water and this can help keep things warm. Same with for bulk fermenting 😊. I’ve also autolysed the flour and water first before adding the starter and salt. So many ways to do things. Another tip I’ve learned is to separate the dough before bulk fermenting.
