So agree Meredith, there are chemicals everywhere. I had a melanoma in situ at 32 and at 47 I will take the chance of the chemicals in sunscreen along with the huge benefit of its protection any day. Once you have a melanoma you’re at higher risk for another. So maybe some people are comfortable not wearing it, but not me! lol. To each their own right? It’s a tough debate but I’m glad to hear you wear your sunscreen. Thanks for taking us along on your day. I can’t believe how big Moose is! He’s a beautiful boy! Have a great weekend!❤

I’d add a fourth category to your list of people affected by cancer. People who have beat cancer and are living, but are living with quality of life issues that are the results of their treatments. I’m one of those people. And am so grateful to be alive. But live with challenges every day. I hope you keep cancer at bay for many many more years and if possible some day experience full remission.

Yes, that is definitely a very real category that needs to be added into the conversation. Your feelings are totally valid, and I’ll keep you in my prayers as you navigate your health. Hi Meredith, Good to see that you're doing better. We all go through the ups and downs of life, handling it our own way. There's no right or wrong. Personally, I feel you do very well at navigating yourself through the challenges of the day to day. (By the way, before I forget,the patch work looks nice.) This is easier said than done, but God chooses my path through life, and as much as I feel my plan is better, or as much as I don't necessarily agree with,( or understand) I trust it's the best path for me. My job is not to ask why, because I can't understand why right now. But when I get to heaven, I will see His reasons for all of the things I will have faced in this life. Having people like yourself doing as well as you are doing, makes it a bit better, and easier each day. You take care, God bless, Barry

Yes, it is definitely an emotional rollercoaster, but such is life. I don’t think I even realized the emotions I was feeling about my last scan until I started talking to the camera on my last video. Is there some reason you are driving with your son not restrained in his car seat? He obviously distracted you with the bag and if you were to crash he is at risk at significant injury being loose in the car. It seems very dangerous and to be honest negligent. I am not saying this to be critical, I would just feel bad if something was to happen to him and I failed to warn you about the danger.
