His name dropping was because ppl don't give him the props that he's owed. They know Joyner, Pac, and Kdot but act as if he's "ok" and not in the Mt Rushmore of hip hop. Name another that has single handedly done what he's done/doing. He's flexing so ppl don't forget since he did the KZfaq rapper with Token and NOW ppl want to say he's dope.

right? people have been sleeping on tech for so long. hes one of the greats no doubt. anghellic might be one of the dopest albums hands down. now I gotta go look at this youtube thing to see whaw youre talking about.

@@SwiggityPeanut I totally agree with Angelic.. I personally love "Planet" it's a long but has a great amount of music to pick and choose. "don't nobody want none" is a personal favorite

@@57kwest I've been a huge fan of his slower tempo songs like Comfortable. Dude is a genius and he has made his mark as a goat a long time ago and he deserves to be able to just flex out his last remaining years. He has nothing to prove because he has already proved it.

@MrGladBEASTftw sure, WE know he's one of the greats but ask a casual hip hop fan about him and see what you get. Keep in mind that he's the most successful independent rapper in the world WITHOUT radio play. NONE of his songs are on hot 97, power 105... Etc. Then all of the sudden, he does songs w Joyner, Token and mgk and it's like "oh, that guy is pretty dope. Who is he?" 😳

I can see how this song seems like its just a guy bragging about himself if you don't know Tech, but that isn't Tech. Tech is one of the most underrated rappers in the business. This song is about how he's accomplished everything the big name rappers have, and all independently, but still isn't given the respect he deserves. Micheal Summers, aka Seven, is his producer most of the time. The album N9na was produced by 8 different producers supposedly, but Seven is one of the main guys who produces his albums. He's also made beats for several of his songs.

At 8:30 when the song started back up....he was saying that he worked with Kendrick Lamar. And right after he said. "Like i never did a song with the white guy dre got"....meaning Eminem. This song is amazing and it takes multiple listens to understand what he is saying. Love your vids man. Also, the names of the cops he killed in the middle cut scene, are the names of BET executives that have been excluding him for years. taking shots back. This whole song is about taking shots to the community that continually overlook him as one of the greats and hands down a legend

You missed the whole point of the track. Hes been in this game for over 20 years as one of the best artists of this genreband he still gets slept on. Its him basically saying you still dont see me, but the artists you listen to, were happy to work with me. Its his resume in a sense. Eminem GOAT, the song he featured on with Tech, Speedom, he did it for free. That in itself has got to show how much respect from his peers yet tge ma8nstream ignores him. Stop sleeping on the OG.
