They quickly retreat and he blows up lol, then the area is filled with ocelots soldiers instead. But that's kinda disrespectful haha, plus I think if you tranquilizer defeat each boss you get special camo or something

She goes so far as to tease Solid Snake by putting her hands on him in a suggestive manner prior to his interrogation, and yet, when she's wounded, all of that feistiness is gone, showing that, despite telling him that he's all she'll think about before she kills him, she held no malice towards him. Also, notice how never once does she genuinely smile in the entire game. Meryl smiles. Even Liquid Snake laughs in an evil, arrogant way, but not Wolf. Even when provoking Solid Snake, her mouth grins, but her eyes stay the same. That's not because of graphical limitations, because other characters do smile with both their lips and their eyes. It's very much on purpose. Under the veneer of an attractive, no-bullshit, surgical precision sniper, there's this girl who's much more compassionate and soft - a side of herself few people see. It is that that Otacon falls in love with, insisting that she's a good person - something that on the surface just looks like Stockholm Syndrome, but in reality, it is strongly implied that not only are Hal's feelings real, but also not one-sided, if you know what I mean.

You know something? I totally agree. I heard the exchange between Snake and Otocon and it seems...lack-lustre. I have never played Twin Snakes...but from what I have experiencd from youtube; the dialogues, the music, the easier gameplay, the added moves, the sluggish 'matrix' cut scenes fall far far far far faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar behind MGS on the PSX.

So true. In the ps1 version, you can hear the pain in her voice, both from dying and from recalling her past, and the music further carries it. In this version, it feels like she's just quietly talking while weak music plays. I really feel like if they just remastered the original audio (voice lines and music) and toned down a bit on the "EPIC MATRIX ANIME TRICKSHOT SCENES", this remake could have been miles better.

Konami had the opportunity to mix the perfect voice performance and music from the original with the better graphics and animation that they were then capable of, and could've made something that perfectly captures the original game but with better technology

Mgs 3 is my favorite... But I will play all the remakes any day

spider pig Snake Eater the story of Big Boss. I loved that game. But MG4 is my favorite. Guns of the Patriots. The Beauty and the Beast was the best group of special forces to go after Snake. Plus the moment at the end with Boss and Snake made my mouth dropped.

There are blonde hair and blue eyed Kurds as well as Israeli , Turkish, Azerbaijan & Lebanese. One of my coworkers was Lebanese and the other was Turkish. They had blonde hair and blue eyes and talked in a thic English accent that sounded Russian when they spoke Arabic it sounded completely different.

@@suri_exe8117 and really bad one - this scene has no impact on me, unlike the original, where I always cry. It's the music, the way it's animated, and the camera angles. You can see the difference if it's done by masters, and if it's done by someone who knows how to do it, but has no talent.

@Starscream91 i agree with you but. It's not necessary to kill a character to defeat him. Remember that snake defeated gray fox the ninja .. without having to kill him. But this has been the case in all the games u cant really lose the main character
