Yeah this was toned down a lot for Sonic. Lots more swear words in the original. His voice sounds very angelic at the start of this song. Love it

I don't know if vandalize was written for sonic, but I remember sonic fans being shook that there were swear words in the theme song 😅 Kinda along a similar vein, another song off the album (Prove) is the theme song for the new Beyblade X series!

The drums really do sound awesome in this song. I don't think it was written for Sonic Frontiers because of the swear words which they had to change for the game. But I have had the song on repeat since it came out because it is so catchy. As always, love your reactions.

It's incredible that they don't really write any songs for any videogames. At most they'll change some lyrics around like this song. A must see is the The studio jam session. The original lyrics make more sense than the sonic version. Vandalize may be incredible but in the same session Your Tears are Mine is next level and something special. It shows how Taka has gotten even better. I can't even imagine how he'll improve when the next album drops next year.

Since you're a metal vocalist, you definitely gotta check out the other songs in this game. They got Kellin Quinn from Sleeping with Sirens to do the Boss themes and they go crazy. There's screams in the songs and heavy guitar riffs/chugs throughout. It's amazing in all honesty. The song you should start with is "Undefeatable" since it's the first titan theme.
