Oh! I did laugh when you showed us the baubles that were your inspiration and the blue one you said was from the 80’s so is ‘full on vintage’ 😄🤣. I find it hard to think of things from the 80’s as ‘vintage’ because for me, at my ripe old age, i think of things from maybe the Victorian or early 1900era as being vintage ….. having had a lovely chuckle I sat in awe of your almost perfect bauble shapes and will now continue to watch you detail them

The design and technique for the blue 'Optical Illusion' bulb is stunning. I had such a blast recreating it. Watching the colours flow in was mesmerising. Such a beautiful result. Thank you so much.

Wow. First video I’ve seen of yours. I think I’ve found my new fav go to channel. These ornaments are the best I’ve seen!!!!!! I’ve watched almost every Christmas card watercolour video I could find for the last few months. Everyday!!! This I found dec 29 th unfortunately but will try this one and start next years! I started too late. I am a newbie. I started watercolour pencils about 15 yrs ago but with the pans of watercolours I started in august. (Did some in high school some years ago). I HAVNT seen anyone actually make ornaments from vintage ornaments...... and they are usually just boring round ones. Thankyou for going farther. I subscribed and will pour over all your videos. Hi, Yes my book is available in different countries and different languages but the American version has a different looking cover and title which doesn't help matters! Glad you're all straight now.

Is there any way you could paint bubble lights? I love the way the bubble lights illuminate the branches of my tree, and cast colored light onto the branches. I looked on pinterest and only found one image with watercolor painting.

Hi Gabriella, I use a mid range paper called Daler Rowney Aquafine because I want to make sure I am using materials available to the majority of my followers.
