Although this song was originally written in 1991 by James Hetfield of Metallica as a love song, Jadyn saw another interpretation.
She believes that the lyrics also talk about accepting yourself for who you are. Others may have differing opinions about how you should feel or what you should believe but as long as you stay true to yourself, "Nothing Else Matters" Like many other kids, Jadyn has experienced bullying from time to time and this is her platform to fight against people who aren't accepting of others.

I was enchanted by this performance recently, but I feel exactly like you and it's hard to write when my eyes fill with tears of appreciation for The Best for how wonderfully they sang, but also because their voice reminds me of my daughter who is no longer with us, it restores color with memories. What a voice? There's another video of her with another girl doing Aerosmith's "Dream On" and at first I'm "Yeah, the little girls are trying" by the end of the song I am completely blown away. Awesome, they should do some more songs together.

Almost concerned. She's so young .... people are able to comment ..... I'm sure the comments are being monitored .... I don't want her nor ANY child to be subjected to possible "creepers." I have, and as an adult, they're EXTREMELY disturbing to this day. I'm taking a leap of faith here and thinking any adult figure of hers is checking and monitoring comments for their children.

I was in a conversation with a few friends some years ago when one of them asked "What song do you want them to play at your funeral?", the others answered with various songs and they were all debating why this or that song would work when finally they asked me. I just looked at them and said, without hesitation, "Nothing Else Matters" and they all went silent for a few moments until one said "Yeah" and that was the end of that conversation. It took a 10 year old girl to finally make me not just understand but _feel_ why I chose that song. I’m in 6th grade, and I have been singing since I was in 3rd grade, and I wanted to try something new, so my singing teacher said “how about Metallica?” I said “ Metallica, you mean heavy metal?” And she said “yea, what other Metallica is there!?” I was thinking ~ how am I supposed to sing METALLICA?!~ so I asked my teacher what song, she said “ Nothing Else Matters” And she said it’s by a girl.
