I'm really enjoying these Metamoris matches, but the camera angles and zoom are terrible at times. The producers/camera crew need to step their game up.
@sqism5 жыл бұрын
the zoom at the end was the WORST. Literally the worst angle you could go for at the least inopportune time.
@JoeDrury19727 жыл бұрын
Terrible final camera angle. Totally missed the setup for the submission.

Great match. Love Rener's commentary. Lovato is definitely one of my favorites out there. His Kimura setup at the end was flawless. Rener was right that it was the beginning of the end after all of that fighting to maintain the guard all that time. It really costed Kayron once he lost the position.

Excellent commentary by Rener. But I hope this year's cameramen are better. Camera zoomed all the way in to Kyron's scalp while Rafael got the arm submission outside the frame.

I grappled with RLJ when he was 15 years old and we called him spider. I was 32 and he was instructing another guy while I was trying to pass his guard like I wasn’t even there. He was and is awesome. His dad was the main instructor here in OKC and was one of the nicest guys.

I wonder how the gracies on their 'gracie breakdown' spun this to make it seem like kayron didn't lose?
@Seegie167 жыл бұрын
Nah. They only due that with Helio side gracies. This is Gracie Barra guy. Carlos side. Rener would say he should have trained at Humaita instead
@roguedisciple59616 жыл бұрын
Francesco G. Would he? I don’t know
@saeedkarajah97454 жыл бұрын
The helio side and carlos side don't like each other , the helio side claim they're all about classic self defense or GJJ and that the other side is more of a Sport BJJ, and they're not very wrong tbh. That's why you hear rener talking about how "sport bjj guys" have bad habits like turning into the turtle position because they're used to training for points in competitions.

No! We do not need Rogan, whose hyperbole seems to be a regular part of his biased announcing. Yes bias, he will gush over one fighter while being dismissive of the other fighter.

I love jiu jits su but for sheer entertainment value when it comes to submission only I prefer no gi seems like there is less time spent stalled trying to fight the grip on a piece of clothing and while devastating not very exiting unless you really understand what you are seeing whereas no gi is a little faster pace transitions are a little faster and competitors spend less time trying to secure a collar lock and more time actually in submission attempts just my opinion I love jui jit su in all forms but when its pure excitement I want I watch no gi submission only
