The first metatarsal bone to medial cuneiform bone can rotate out of correct alignment. This will cause head of first metatarsal head protuberance to then be on medial side of foot rather than top. The sesamoid bone and related ligament structure can’t function properly as now oriented towards lateral side of foot as opposed to correct bottom side. Will cause big toe to migrate on distal end towards lateral side of foot. Also cause a bump on medial side of metatarsal head to first phalanges connection.

Been in a boot for 5 days can I go back to skating it was 99% healed last time I had went for X-rays witch was 5 days ago as well.

Sir. I got fractured on 5 th metatarsal bone. As per your guiding knowledge its fall zone 1. Its Have been 2 weeks to go i did plaster pop. Shoul i cut it after 2 week,?or i wait for some days. After 20 days of fractured i done x ray and i find 5 metatarsal fractured. And after i did pop. Plz sir reply

My left leg 2 metatarsal bone was fractured almost one month ago doc. Fix plaster for 1 and half month more than one month completed so can i remove this plaster pls suggest

I also have Jones fracture a month before 😅

I have it in my 2,3,4 and 1st :(
