Күн бұрынHi guys, welcome to my first youtube video! We're new at this so bare with us. We are so excited to start this journey! These are my mom's Mexican quesadillas or also known as fried Gorditas. Enjoy!
Recipe:
Dough (masa) for tortillas, store bought
add water (if needed)
For potato quesadilla:
6 potatoes
3 red tomatoes
1 medium onion
For quesadilla:
1 block of Monterey cheese
3 green bell peppers
For bean quesadilla:
Refried Pinto beans

I'm not in a neighborhood where masa dough can be found. I've tried going to other areas but it doesn't seem to be available. I'll make the masa happily, I just don't know how much SALT to add to the 2 cups of maseca and 2 cups of water you mentioned in one of your SHORTS/TIKTOK VIDEO??

yes, store bought corn masa! You can also use Maseca to make your own masa, if you'd like!

Love your channel but no shade idk how you can knead the masa with fake nails. That's gross in my opinion. Gunk under the nail. I would love to get my nails done but I can't cuz of that reason!
