Agreed. Tim works well with MFJJ because he balances out Josh’s gigantic ego. Dan needed the same thing, so when Tim left there was nobody to bring the little man back to earth

@@Emesis_0 I guess it’s nice to have options. I actually turned the notifications on for Dan’s channel after Tim left. I still enjoy Tim’s videos but I only really care about hunting. I don’t care about target bows and the “budget bow build” was a cool concept for A video but not a bunch of videos.

It's because you guys are all experts and the rest of us weekend warrior archers get a lot of value from the conversations. You guys are all in the environment of the sport much more than we are. Podcasts are the new talk radio. keep it up otherwise my lunch hours will get boring.

See I try to go light, but with a good bit of FOC closer to 20% seems to steer it really well in the wind. You'll see the arrows a little bit sideways sometimes but still hitting where you want it

I've been watching Bo disciples stuff for a little over a year now and I love it, especially all the total archery challenges that they put up last year. That shit's cool and James is a hell of a shot too. And Brandon, I just recently became a follower on him probably less than 6 months ago but it was before him and Tim started the competition if that matters or not. I was a follower of both. Anyways, I love everybody's stuff. I learned the most though from MFJJ. I have to say that because he he does it the best he teaches the most.

People can say what they want about Dudley, and hes corny and a sell out…this and that. But before MFJJ’s channel his vids taught me so much through KZfaq all for free and i didnt even know i had target panic before learning how to properly shoot. And my draw length was an inch short before i knew how to properly shoot and have correct posture and not collapsed and scrunched up. He still cares deeply and people forget how good he was way back before all social media. Guy is a legend and he started his own brand because he cares so deeply and wanted to be able to teach and be able to share his archery and hunting knowledge

I followed elk shape and I always liked Tim. I'm happy to see him on his own channel and all that but that's how I became a follower of Tim and you've been a part of elkshape MFJJ so I really related all back to elkshape for me

Brandon, when you were having a hard time getting your vanes to stick were you trying to glue to a brand new shaft or a shaft you stripped previously installed vanes on?

Tim needs to lower his draw length, he hyper extends his bow arm when others dont, then he's very shakey right beofre he shoots. im going to guess he needs to be closer to 28" than 29"

1/4" draw mods do make a big difference. Thanks elite for setting that standard with rotating mods without having to spend 60$ per mod like mathew's. Hoyt has stepped into 1/4" mods this year with rotating mods as well so congratulations to hoyt. 60$ mods are 100% the reason I have no interest in mathew's. I found my sweet spot to be 28.75" draw which I'm not getting with mathew's.

The amount of so called bow techs out there with limited knowledge amazes me. The shop I went to use to have 2 solid guys. They made sure everything's right out the door. They also knew I have my own bow press and have a very good understanding of bow set up and tuning. They have left the shop for different ventures. And the new guys in the shop wow blows my mind on lack of knowledge or care for a customers bow to be perfectly tuned. I've been making purchases from podium archery more than my bow shop. And it's all because of the knowledge josh has shared on his channel. I enjoy working on my own bow and my press is the number one archery purchase I've made. I only wish I didn't short myself with the easy green. I should've spent more on a press with more options. But this works. Just recieved my new lift last week. I ordered it the week before Thanksgiving and recieved April 27th. Worth the wait. And thanks Tim ,Josh for your content !!

The EZ Green does everything you would ever need for a home press. Add a Archery Dezign draw board and a BAP vise and you have all the major tools. Just little stuff from there. You shouldn't need the shop for anything if you have a press?
