Really is... and yet no mention of this research and its implications in the msm or even msm-adjacent media. I mean, its almost halloween and nothing from Alex Jones or the usual conspiracy channels (here on yt or elsewhere) about franken-cells. I'm pretty annoyed tbh.

@@justinkennedy3004 I know of this research since 2018, the professor spoke at the Facebook AI conference. I was shocked when I searched online for more... Literally no mention back then. Zero. Even reddit you could find nothing but an article/two. This is probably as important if not even more so than the discovery of DNA. It literally explains the way the epigenome works. I really wish more of this science goes out there!

@@SS369 I'm far past the point of thinking that kind of silence on such an explosive topic is an oversight or from lack of interest. These people know how important this research is and they know it could (should) shake up our entire society, and they don't want the public having a say in what the changes should be.

The Body Electric by Robert Becker and Gary Seldon, published 1985... look it up, find the book. It sucks that this comment won't be seen by anyone because of the algorithm, but this awareness that electricity governs biological development and functions was known like 40 (or more) years ago, but no one took them seriously.

Completely groundbreaking next level stuff, brought to you in Comic Sans. Gotta love Prof. Levin for his work, but he seems to be a pretty cool dude as well!

Anirban Bandyopadhyay Microtubule nanotubes are found in every living eukaryotic cells; these are formed by reversible polymerization of the tubulin protein, and their hollow fibers are filled with uniquely arranged water molecules. Here we measure single tubulin molecule and single brain-neuron extracted microtubule nanowire with and without water channel inside to unravel their unique electronic and optical properties for the first time. We demonstrate that the energy levels of a single tubulin protein and single microtubule made of 40,000 tubulin dimers are identical unlike conventional materials. Moreover, the transmitted ac power and the transient fluorescence decay (single photon count) are independent of the microtubule length. Even more remarkable is the fact that the microtubule nanowire is more conducting than a single protein molecule that constitutes the nanowire. Microtubule's vibrational peaks condense to a single mode that controls the emergence of size independent electronic/optical properties, and automated noise alleviation, which disappear when the atomic water core is released from the inner cylinder. We have carried out several tricky state-of-the-art experimentsand identified the electromagnetic resonance peaks of single microtubule reliably. The resonant vibrations established that the condensation of energy levels and periodic oscillation of unique energy fringes on the microtubule surface, emerge as the atomic water core resonantly integrates all proteins around it such that the nanotube irrespective of its size functions like a single protein molecule. Thus, a monomolecular water channel residing inside the protein-cylinder displays an unprecedented control in governing the tantalizing electronic and optical properties of microtubule. &2013

What's the limit to this? Imo we just found the holy grail of biology. This makes genetic science look like the invention of primitive stone tools.

I think you are correct. The genome is just the hardware. The important thing is the software. I need to think more about this.

The more videos I watch from Michael Levin and his team and the more and deeper I understand, what he tries to bring across the more mindblowing and ground breaking it sounds. It breaks with so many common sense and old mindset - and it is great that it seems to applicable in wonder healing like approaches already - because by this it proves its own theoretical frame and stands and speaks for itself. Thank you Michael Levin and his team not only for the work but also for your strong effort bringing your message out into the world - each of the videos is a gem in itself! 🙏❤️

Ethical issues re use of frogs etc in that way aside, this was very interesting. Morphogenesisclearly appears to follow the complex system model as in the physicist George Ellis, whereby there is an overall goal but there are lower levels also, with more complex systems tending to be "top-down" using the top goal, but can also include "bottom-up" i.e both. The modularity discussed in Levin's talk (Q & A), whereby the lower levels are trusted to rescue a catastrophic situation is therefore interesting, and one wonders if the biosphere, no doubt a complex system, uses this modus operandi. Current task solve climate change! Also that there may be a suite of potential solutions to limb loss etc. is interesting. One is reminded of the lab experiment where the staff left for the weekend and the bacteria had by Monday bypassed (essential) nitrogen metabolism to solve a problem, no doubt one of a suite of solutions (novel or ancient?). Prigogine and co. described stochastic outcomes at the "point of instability" mentioned in a question, prior to final decision of path determination, so that outcomes cannot be predicted in complex systems, because the choice of a particular path is effectively random. One is reminded of phenotypic plasticity in response to environmental changes though, and here there seems to be a non-random path selection, both in limb regeneration and in the bacteria.

How about the ancient Chinese energy meridian system and the purported ability of Indian fakirs to control their body by their sheer mind power (through conscious integrated bioelectrical/ magnetic body network management so to speak)?. Do all these things seem more plausible now? Would be nice to know what current science thinks of all this incl. Mr Levin.

Perhaps the Celllular Positioning System is a feature of how complex groups of atoms are transported, as a whole, through space-time. The CPS may, in part, be due to atomic teleportation that relies on holographic recreation, where the boundary surface holds an image of the complete content so that each division of a biological container contains an image of the whole.

27:50 Wow, now there's something to blow one's mind, funny thing is, simply chew on it a while ( and like so many amazing scientific discoveries) it fits right in with the already understood folds within folds of constructive harmonic complexity flowing down the cascade of time that make up Earth's pageant of evolution,. Why of course! How beautiful.

29:25 Cancer, cells returning to the amoeba state. Amazingly clear way of describing the scene. What it has to teach us about evolution of life on Earth is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately humans have shown themselves to be way eager to gamble and do self destructive things. Ironically, we have all this amazing technologies, but only the powerless seem to care about how we are destroying our very biosphere and life support system. How are the labs going to fare when the cooling water runs out, and the local generators stop producing electricity? We are so smart, but we so lost sight of the "ball".

The basic issue about Intelligence that needs to be addressed is how is information generated, shared, stored or processed? Perhaps like Energy or Mass Intelligence is the continuation of the equation E=MC2=Intelligence or perhaps E=MC2=Life.

I need a responsible expert to address the reason Michael is recombining different species with each other, instead of administering experimental treatments derived from an understanding of indigenous species. Ask yourself does Michael want to exterminate the human species or restore it with bioengineering?.
