I am so thank full. Michael has give me a loner life, I have Asthma, and COPD. They told me that I would need too go on oxygen tank soon. But I started Pranayama yoga with Michael do not need oxygen tanks to live. During Covid I never got it and I practice Dragon and Tiger Qi gong which also strengthened my system. At that time I was also practicing Astanaga yoga, but now I live to far away continue. Blessings to Michael.

wake up 5am, oil-pulling, tongue scraping, oil massage, shower, prayer, asana, 5 tibetans and then this. This is the best pranayama session on the internet. Amazing work, thanks so much :)

Doing it at a long time, it changed our life completely 180 degrees, if anyone do this pranayama and meditation you don't need to go to the temple, you will find the God in you and all the doors will open in your life. Thank you

How often a day do you meditate and pranic breath? Like what does a regular day look like for you?

@@juswolf22 bro initially you can start with 1 or 2 minutes of each pranayama.... gradually you can increase each for 10 minutes.....however if you have less time then I would recommend to do only 4 pranayamas......each for 5 minutes....they are most complete and are must for all........I am going to mention it in order which you are supposed to do.... 1. Bhastrika pranayama(5 minutes) 2. Kapalbhati pranayama (5 minutes) 3. Anulom vilom pranayama (5 minutes) 4. Bharamri pranayama (5 minutes) Please follow the above order as it has been throughly researched........you can start each of the above with 1 minutes of each and then gradually increasing to 5 minutes of each in few weeks.....Man I recovered from Covid with only 1 symptom.....that was fever of 99 degree Fahrenheit(very mild fever) that lasted for 3-4 days......Guess what these breathing exercises played one of the most important part in that.....

I LOVED your session! I am paralyzed & it’s so hard to find sessions out there solely focused on breath. It allows me to participate & get rid of anxiety & now post traumatic stress I would used to have worked out as an athlete 🙏🏼💙

I take long beach walks every morning at sunrises. I do this breathing techniques to footsteps or heartbeats. I have noticed my teeth becoming whiter.

we practice this full breath work session daily after completing the 5 tibetan rites, before meditation, for the past 6 months or so- its effects have been profound, clarity, creativity and peace. I am from Dawoodi Bauhra community. I was hearing less in my ear I showed to general physician he advised that you have to see nose ear throat specialist but due to high fees I decided to do kapalbhati pranayama when I did 10 minutes in 1 day with full strength I started doing Kapalbhati and in just 5 days I felt the difference and now I can hear normally very well. thank you baba ramdev

Wow incredible. I liked that you didnt wear a shirt so that i was able to see the breath work. I am new to learning the breath work and some don't explain it well. The visual of seeing the patterns of in/out and expand/contract really helped me to understand. Thank you great job!

Bodybuilders are not healthy. They are inflexible, usually on a cocktail of anabolics, carry too much mass, and force feed themselves depending on where they are in their training. You should opt for a lean athletic physique.

Halo Michael its Tomasz from Poland ☺this practice has a really deep soothing efect on body and mind but i noticed something more...I have a shoulder joint injury and after the session the pain and tension in that area just disapear,looks like it also has some pain killing and antyinflammation efect...amazing 😀thank you and be safe

I've started it finally with your videos. I do you "short simple and effective yoga" in the morning to get myself going and later in the evening I do your complete "breathwork and pranayama session". It's such a nice experience..❤️ I cannot thank you enough for giving me the initial experiences of breathwork and meditation😊😊😊😊 I used to be a heavy smoker for over 4 yrs. Can I please request you to share a breathing session that people like me can do to move towards cleansing and healing lungs.. Thank you so much again brother.🙏🏼🙏🏼

I enjoy coming back to this session away least once a month. In my opinion, this is a nice format too. No preamble (not that they're is anything wrong with communication either either from time to time). Nice natural landscape. Gentle music. You backtracked your voice which helps maintain the continuity of the exercise. If you should find yourself on a mountainside, another session like this would be cool. 💪🏽✊🏾✌🏻🤙

Thank you again Michael…..coming back to this great sequence , over and over again…, now I am at my third 40 day cycle and am consciously aware how it doesn’t/should never become a routine or dull in any way. Challenges and deeper insights come when I invest and observe more and deeper. Details are a focus now because I understand how very subtle aspects require guidance and , frankly, a teacher/guru if you will ! So I am looking into finding classes/privat or group locally ….or book a retreat !The more I-know, the more I realize how little I actually know ! (After Socrates LOL)

When I saw the length of this video, just for breathing, I didn't think I would have the patience to sit quietly and just breathe. As it was ending I couldn't believe it was over, it was easy to immerse myself into the breathing and meditating that time was not considered as I practiced. Very nice and I will do this again. Gratitude ! Ok, so I am a little over a week into faithfully doing the entire session. And this I love to share: all gets more and more smooth and alive, with peacefulness and more “aware” slowly but gradually . It isn’t easy nor a routine but calm yet bubbly ! I would say to anyone : “Keep it up for a couple of weeks and do not give up,” you will start being rewarded and able to spread more help and sympathie around you !

I use this video todo my daily pranayama practice, i now just have to listen to the audio and complete the practice, the narration is so engaging at every breath. Pls post such videos where you are narrating in the background and see you practice such that we can even see when you take deeper breaths and leave it out. Having been trying to teach myself how to sit in stillness and meditation but it has become clear a bit of guidance was needed. There emerged an awareness to seek something that seemed more like energy work and doing a search brought me to this… it is my first time trying something of this sort. The practice generated a little lightheadedness for a bit in there for me but it settled and I made it through the whole thing. I could detect the expansion and lightness potential.. eventually settling into an actually really calm experience despite my usual wild temperament. Somehow staying the course with your guidance throughout this kind of intentional breathing meditation helped me and I’m going to keep trying…thank you! I have subscribed!
