michael, i'd really appreciate if you can answer a simple question which has been on my mind since a lot of sessions: what is the significance of the time gap between the 40-50-60 breathing sessions? could we just do it more tightly spaced (say half a minute gap) if one has some experience? also what is the next level after this? could this be increased to 80 breaths?

Hi, Michael, I used to follow your 30-minutes full pranayama session, with 8 rounds of Bahya pranayama in it but I can no longer find it; what happened to it? Did you take it down? If you have then what breathing video am I supposed to use; I'd like a breathing session with Bahya pranayama in it.

sir , where is this beautiful place , i dont have blood pressure, just wanted to check can a blood pressure patient can do kapalbhati exercises?
@ramanaraoa54094 жыл бұрын
Yes ! A beautiful place, the atmosphere appears to be full of prana (pure, natural oxygen). Just by sitting there lungs get cleaned.. No breathing techniques needed. Only rich people have access to such places. Pranayama suitable/ useful to city dwellers than jungle dwellers which is full of greenery.

Dear Satwik, for those that are more advanced yes.
