Diet is one of the best and easiest ways to change your microbiome for the better. The food that you eat can help you to increase the diversity of good gut-bacteria & to improve your health. This video shows some key facts on healthy diets including the Mediterranean diet and presents an easy-to-implement home-challenge to start a healthy-diet: the "30x weekly challenge".

I saw a doctor ( GI specialist) 10 years ago because I was constipated, bloated all the time, and otherwise had a gut which didn't work. The I saw another one who did upper and lower GI exams, and the one which shows how long it takes for the stomach to move food through. Long story short, nothing got better. He said I had a functional problem, at least he ruled out serious disease. Then a year ago I saw a functional medicine doctor. Long story short (yes this is a long story since I've been suffering with this my whole life!) this new doc found SIFO (small intestinal fungus overgrowth, from aspergillus). I'm on a diet to balance this out with other good flora. I take magnesium when I'm constipated. Can't believe medical doctors are so stuck in their ways and not very helpful at all. Thanks for all you do. Can't wait to hear what you have to say!

I’m a clinical physiologist and have worked with MANY doctors/ nutritionists etc etc over the years. Doctors know VERY little about nutrition it’s worrying. There medics who understand disease, symptoms and what drug to administer that’s it - we call them medics.

I was suffering from major digestive issues for at least a year. Tried everything..probiotics, prebiotics, bitters, ACV, aloe vera, vitamins, minerals, cut out junk and even intermittent fasting. While it all helped some, nothing really made a big difference and I couldn't figure out what exactly caused the problems. I even did liquids only for 5 days and that was great but I had to eat again eventually and my problems returned. I was absolutely desperate and prayed to God for help. Then I discovered an absolute miracle...Carnivore. I know, I know, I thought this is just insane but I read so many testimonials about how this cured the gut issues, I just had to try it. I tell you the honest truth, I felt so much better after just one day!!! That was about 2 months ago and I'm still doing so well. I would never have believed just eating animal products would help so much but it did. I don't think I'll ever change. I feel great, my stomach is silent...no more rumbling and living in the rest room all hours of the day and night. I have energy, I'm sleeping better too, my cravings are gone...unbelievable. If you've tried everything else without result, consider doing carnivore. Read some of the testimonials like I did and give it a try. Your miracle is waiting!

Key is fresh! Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Wash /scrub fruits if you can’t get them organic. Wholegrain is good.

Dear Mridula, thanks for your question. For the 7-day 30-variety-challenge the veggies can be either freshly cooked or raw, as you prefer.
