A replica of 'Steam Elephant' (from Beamish), No. 2 (from the Foxfield Railway) and Furness Railway No. 20 were the visiting locos. 'Slough Estates No. 3', 'Sir Berkeley', 'Matthew Murray' and 'Y7' 1310 were the home-based locos. Traction engines and other steam vehicles were on display or in service at Moor Road Car Park. There was also model layouts in the engine house and also tours of the workshop. The Steam Elephant was on 'Driver for a Fiver' in the station Yard and was very popular.

An excellent gala and thanks to the Middleton Railway for organising it. It was pleasing to see that it was well-attended.
