Hi thanks so much for the thorough easy to understand video (no rambling on, straight to the point) 😊. I have a Miele compact C2 PowerLine I’ve probably only had it maybe not even 10 years. I was vacuuming and all the sudden it just cut off. I went to check the plug, it was hot to the touch, I moved it to another outlet and it’s just dead 😢. I checked everything, it’s clean, no clogs and all filters are clean. There was no other signs of something being wrong except it just turned off. Does it sound like it could be this part in your opinion? Any help is appreciated 🙏 as it’s not a cheap vacuum, works great and hate to give up on it.

Dealers and service businesses are rip offs they want to charge as much to repair almost same as getting a new one!! And why even go through the trouble of this video if you don’t want to share how to fix? Not everyone can physically bring the vacuum to you

He has infomercials in the middle of this. Terrible idea. Doesn't even tell you what tools (bits) to use the knucklehead. Show the original part # unfocused Duh. Must be his first video. He'll get better BYE

Pretty poor design, and flimsy mechanism. Got two here that have failed, will probably just use glue and plastic to repair instead of buying a whole new panel

I would disagree it's a really durable design especially after the new cap is installed. Updated part has made this machine especially durable.
