Yeah boy, I was so waiting for this SU27 VS MIG29 !!! thank you ! 😊 In SIM the radar of SU 27 suck hard in TWS mode, time for detecting a target is ~5s. and you can't narrow the scan zone. Meanwhile the MIG29 SMT in TWS has 2 modes of scan: a wide one + a narrow one (just 2 lines of scan/5 degree vertical) in which it detects the target in ~1sec. No to mention the 180 degree horizontal scan zone. This makes a lot of difference when a target is 10km away, heading to you and waiting the tone for his AIM-9M. R27 is as good as the plane radar is and maaan.... SU27 radar is giving me such hard times in target acquisition, specially in small maps like on Ground SIM mode. Keep it going !
