Alex is the sweetest. I love how his first thoughts were to let you both know that you can’t be replaced as his parents. That’s awesome, and a good sign your doing it right. I love that you are so open in helping them put the pieces together, if they wish to do so. You do it with no sign of being threatened by them finding there birth parent or family. 👍🏻 That there is why they will always love and respect you as there true parents!

I know you don't want her drawing on walls! When my kids were kids, teens now but, I took wrapping paper and put the decorated side towards the wall I would tape it to the wall low enough they could draw on. That way they kinda got what they wanted drawing on the wall and I could switch it out or keep it up. Nothing on the wall yet happy kids! There is a tv show called Relative Race that matches people with relatives through ancestry DNA test. It might be a show that you guys or the crazy middles could try to get your kids on once they're old enough to be on it (I'm not sure how old they have to be to go on the show but it could be something worth looking into) it's on BYUtv and there are 4 teams of 2 that race around the country for 10 days trying to find biological family that they were matched with

You guys really should be using Ancestry for the dna tests. Their database is twice as large as 23&me. Also, check out gedmatch too. You can upload your raw dna from all the major dna sites and find tons of new connections and it’s free. It can be a little tricky, but there are KZfaq videos that explain how to do it step by step and it’s actually not hard once it’s clearly explained how to do it 👍 I’m really interested in ancestry and dna and we always use Gedmatch. I actually found your family’s channel while watching dna result videos lol. I’m a nerd 🤓 Both of my sisters are 12 and 13 years older than me and were adopted as toddlers from South Korea in the late 70s. So I’ve always been interested in adoption. Love your channel ❤️

Watched a video testing identical twins with 5 different DNA companies. 23&me has a comment that it is only 50% probable and to use information for entertainment only. Of the various companies only 2 revealed the identical twins as having close ancestry. The twins then took the information to a Harvard group who knowing they were identical twins was surprised by the large variances of the information provided by the various companies. 23&me basically had the largest variance difference from the other companies.
