Agree. Companies should be enforcing these influencers to be clear in the video and the caption, but it doesn't benefit them to do that and it's the content creator that gets the flack or in trouble with the relevant agencies. However makes me lose so much trust in the brand because they know what they're doing

I feel like at some point these companies need to start being held responsible for these undisclosed ads. They're the ones paying for and approving these videos and they have no problem with them not being disclosed as advertisements because they know they won't be the ones getting in trouble.

I find it scary that people are encouraging their children to watch people like Mikayla ! It’s exposing them to excessive commercialism and unnecessary language, and sadly makeup!! Young girls don’t need to be exposed to what is basically hyped advertising!! Young girl’s don’t need makeup etc!! Some of those comments you read about mothers and five year olds watching!! That’s a total lack of parental awareness and extremely bad parental responsibility!! 😡

Ive used both the glow recipe toner and dew drops before and never ever have i used as much at one time than they have, holy shit. What a waste of product 🤦♀️ also, i love wild deodorant too! Had been using native but got bumps so i tried wild and its crazy good 💜💜

I don't understand why people still follow these "beauty influencers". It is like watching TV ads but on the internet. Every other video is an ad. Who needs all these people constantly shoving products down their throats and promoting rampant consumerism? I love Glow Recipe and use them a lot. I am a bit disappointed to see that they are sponsoring people like Mikayla who was caught lying multiple times.

I use the toner not the drops and I like it it’s helped with my skin tone being even and smoothing and clearing up redness for me but definitely not glass skin lol that’s just it when it’s wet on your face

I got Wild and unfortunately it’s not strong enough for summer. It never lasts on my skin and I regret buying it. My reusable container got stuck somehow without me even changing it for the first time and I can’t change the deodorants. Never buying it again.

Ok but glow recipe is a bop I use this duo daily….it is that girl, for my skin type. But with how much it costs for that 1 serum($40+), the amount used was ridiculous. Sooo not everyday cost control friendly what the heck, quantity control.

Honestly the fact that both of their videos are almost always sponsored means I would never buy the products. I don't trust when they're saying everything is amazing until they're not being payed. With the costs of makeup (and everything) having gone up it's not worth trusting them only to get an average/shit product

I’ve noticed some drama with people that belive in reptile people recently and call me crazy but with Mikayla and her 330th brand that changed her skin this month, I guess it makes sense such people that believe in that exist. I thought that you were supposed to do toner with a cotton round or like a cotton ball or pad? like just slathering it on your skin seems counterproductive cus like... it's supposed to exfoliate your skin and you can't do that if you just gently rub it on your skin??? i'm so confused
