A sign of bench mark of mature sons is they are secure in their identity and know who they are, therefore they can discuss "hot topics" and not feel the "need" to win an argument. But in love they get to discover the depths of God's character.

Wow!! I’m so so grateful for this chat!! I needed it and it took me on to next steps!! Thank you for not leaving it on a cliff hanger in reference to what the fire and suffering of hell actually is. Questions were surfacing for me in reference to what happens to the unsaved and what we know to be hell when you began to answer them. I have not entered the realm of hell and glad to hear from one who could bring the next step to the table. I’m so hungry for continued revelation and have been stuck at the juncture of hitting the roof of my own perceptions and imagination. You’ve just answers the very questions I’ve been asking for a couple weeks. Thank you so very much!

For ever in the new testament means AION in the Greek. Aion means age not forever. From age to age but it's not specific to how many ages or how long that may be and if you couple that with what they are saying then it will take however long they need it to take in order to be purified.

The bigger question is, what is the lake of fire? Look at alternative views. You might begin to see that they line up with a God who is all powerful and all love a lot more than current mainstream teachings. I assure you, this alternative view is gaining acceptance more and more as people study it through.

Hmmmm. Deep, deep. I just see the bits & pieces of other world views & religions. It appears like 6 blind men & the elephant poem. However, if God is love, His definition of it is much more deeper than we can understand. Some scriptures get me thinking of His love & mercies. Examples include Jesus preaching to spirits in prison(1Peter 3:19-20), leading out captives,( Ephesians 4:7-10) and the release of Satan after 1000years( Revelations 20: 7-8). These give me a sense that there is much more we possibly do not know about what hell means & its duration.

RECENTLY I was in a place not sure where all I knew was I saw this person whom I knew but he had passed away and I did not know him as a believer while on the earth, He was there in a dr's white coat and this woman was in labor about to give birth but was in distress and was in danger of dying during the birth, I saw him and was so happy to see him because I believed I was in a heavenly place. I said to him can I hug you and he said I don't know but I hugged him before he could even tell me that. There were 2 men from Jerusalem there who had white hair and long white beards, they were there to help him in helping the woman that was about to give birth and in jeopardy of dying. They spoke in another language but I understood what they were saying, this friend I knew was trying to reroute this birth and the men said no you can't do it that way because it was done that way on someone else and she died. then I woke up. I do believe the woman is a representation of the new age we are moving into and there is help to prevent death from happening for some ppl.

Sadu sundar sing visions of the spiritual world , when he meets the mystic in the mountains, he explained that when someone dies and they have darkness in their life. If God tried to mold them (like on earth) they would break because when we die, we become like a solid clay pot..SO with this video in mind, and also thinking about how you remold a solid dried clay pot? well, fire. of course yes not our type of fire as we are not clay pots but I find the analogy to be amazing.

What do you guys think about the experiences people like Mary K Baxter had (which she wrote all about in “A Divine Revelation of Hell”), where she says the Lord led her in out-of-body experiences for 30 nights and showed her hell- telling her that it was a forever deal..? Her testimony is honestly mortifying. She was traumatized by it for a time.. similar to Bill Wiese.. and a girl in South America I’ve heard about.. Troubling stuff..

If there is no Hell there wouldn’t be a place for the devil would there be? This is a teaching for mature believers and it’s not that I disagree. You have to understand people need to respect and fear the Lord. Reverential fear people of God. We live in a world with no fear of God. Know terror of the Lord. I love you all! Bless the saints! No doubt we shouldn’t manipulate people with fear of Hell, but mark my word’s there is one.

LOVE everything you’re sharing here - thanks so much! THIS IS A BIT LONG BUT IMPORTANT……. Mike and Gil, you have probably shared this in other videos, but just in case you haven’t thought of this angle before, I want to comment on people’s concerns raised on the issue of “talking with the dead.” Uninformed believers will hear testimonies like Mike’s about engaging relatives or the “great cloud of witnesses” and quickly cry, “NECROMANCY!” The implication is that b/c they are engaging those who have passed from this life, it must of necessity fall under this category and mean such experiences are of a DEMONIC source and cannot possibly be of God or Yahweh. First of all, I AGREE with Mike when he said these people he encountered are NOT “dead” and are very much ALIVE. The problem with using that as “proof” he isn’t committing necromancy is this: NO ONE actually dies in that they cease to exist or have been annihilated. The fact is, BOTH a necromancer and believers who have experiences like Mike’s are engaging or communicating with the “dead” - that is, those whose BODIES have died b/c their spirits/souls departed their physical “earth suits.” But based on Mike’s testimony and the context of his engagement with those who have passed on, we know he is NOT guilty of necromancy. I say this NOT because of any doctrinal bias or attempts to validate my theological paradigm (or Mike’s), but because of this: while there is no official Scriptural definition of necromancy, we KNOW it cannot be simply defined as engaging or communicating with someone who has physically died. The reason we know this is because Matthew 17 records an instance where Yeshua Himself engaged Moses, who physically died (He engaged Elijah too, but he didn't physically die). Some would say, “Jesus is God - He can do whatever He wants.” Indeed, Psalms 135:6 says God does “whatever He pleases,” but we obviously can’t take that to extremes! Would it “please” the Lord to violate His own perfect, everlasting, and unchanging Word? Of course not - He doesn’t speak with a forked tongue and is not a hypocrite who doesn’t “practice what He preaches.” As a Jew from the tribe of Judah, Yeshua, God incarnate, FLAWLESSLY observed and upheld the Torah (God’s laws given through Moses). Had He violated even ONE of the commandments, He would have disqualified Himself from being the perfect Lamb of God and Messiah who would atone for the sins of the world. That’s getting into another huge topic involving Dispensationalism and whether or not the Torah is still true, valid, and applicable - which I won’t dare delve into here. The point is, engaging those who have departed this realm due to physical death - be it in the spirit realm or in our world like Moses did with Yeshua, does not necessarily equate to necromancy. The question has to do with the CONTEXT or PURPOSE of the experience or encounter. If WE ourselves are SUMMONING or CONJURING UP the departed soul/spirit (or familiar spirit) for the sake of CONSULTING them or INQUIRING of them (as Deut.18:11; Is.8:19 say), then YES, we are guilty of necromancy. Yahweh considers it an ABOMINATION to consult or inquire, seek guidance, counsel, direction, etc. from those who have departed - whether they are saints or unbelievers (this is not to be confused with us seeking GODLY counsel or direction from those who still live AMONG us who are indwelt by GOD’S Spirit - which His Word actually encourages us to do). On the other hand, if the LORD HIMSELF initiates or “sets up” the encounter or engagement for His purposes or reasons, as in Mike’s experience, that is NOT necromancy! I know I could have said all this in just a few sentences - sorry for being so wordy, but I think this brings a bit more clarity for those who don’t understand what necromancy actual is or isn’t.

Mike Parsons says, the Gospel is about forgiveness and Gods love, which I agree. - [ ] He says, God forgives us so then how can we be punished. It’s hypocrisy, he uses this verse: - [ ] 2 Corinthians 5:19 - “which is that God in the Messiah was reconciling mankind to himself, not counting their sins against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.” - [ ] That God has reconciled ALL things, humankind, meaning leaving no one out. - [ ] He will not count our sin or trespasses against us. - [ ] Therefore the result of the cross was for everyone. So…. I say in the prior verse 17-18 is missing in this key context it says “Therefore, if anyone is united with the Messiah, (meaning they accepted Jesus gift of salvation and redemption) he is a new creation - the old has passed; look, what has come is fresh and new! And it is all from God, who through the Messiah has reconciled us to himself and has given us the work of that reconciliation,” ‭‭ Secondly, Jesus says forgive and you will be forgiven. If we withhold forgiveness, then we will not be forgiven. Both Mike and Gil focus on the cross has reconciled everyone, there’s no need to repent. Mike says the word repent was Latin translation. REPENT = regret, repent, feel remorse, change one's mind (Hebrew meaning) Mike argues that we must change one’s mind towards a loving God. BUT…. I say we must accept this loving God, and change our ways (not remain in sin, unGodly behaviors ). - Note: As Jesus said, better to cut off your hand than to lose your entire body in hell (Gehenna), Matthew 5:30. Mike keeps saying EVERYONE has been reconciled to Christ, they just don’t know it yet and the Holy Spirit is already in them too. So….my question is to Mike is, so why does Jesus say we must get reborn?
@lesleyrieland4305
@lesleyrieland4305 Жыл бұрын
I can't answer for Mike or Gil, but I think their answer to the question of being reborn would be this: when Christ died, all creation died. And when Christ was raised by the Spirit, we were all raised by His Spirit into reconciliation. It is by this Spirit that we can spiritually perceive the message of reconciliation and only by the Spirit given in that rebirth that we are drawn to the Father ... that is different than thinking our old selves somehow perceive the spiritual message and are drawn to the Father and then after this we receive rebirth and His Spirit. Our typical way of thinking about this sequence is backwards. Our need to be reborn was accomplished on the cross.

I was just thinking of this verse right before reading your comment. The body and soul are not the spirit. Notice it only refers to the physical body. The soul is the mind, will and emotions of your physical body. I know we get a resurrection body but from what I understand it will be a transformation of our earthly bodies. If our soul and body are both destroyed then I wonder if we will remember our lives and if our spirit man will be without a body in heaven which is why it'sreferredto as the second death. Idk 🤷‍♀️

I guess I have a few questions? If there is no such thing as hell, than why did Christ have to die? Also, are you saying that as Christians we can live however we want( sleep around, murder others, be thieves, be homosexual etc.) and still be considered Christians? Since Yahweh is love? Paul talks about not living in sin all throughout the New Testament. Hebrews talks about eternal suffering for those who continually sin. I’m trying to be open to the things you are saying, but I need some more answers to these questions.

But I’m starting to realize that many of them feel the same way you both do about the teachings about ‘hell’. This is the one thing I’m not so sure about. 1Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ and a brother of James, To those who have been called, who are loved in God the Father and kept for a Jesus Christ: 2Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. 3Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people. 4For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord. 5Though you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Lord c at one time delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe. 6And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling-these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day. 7In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire. 8In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings. 9But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” d 10Yet these people slander whatever they do not understand, and the very things they do understand by instinct-as irrational animals do-will destroy them. 11Woe to them! They have taken the way of Cain; they have rushed for profit into Balaam’s error; they have been destroyed in Korah’s rebellion. 12These people are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm-shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees, without fruit and uprooted-twice dead. 13They are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever.

@@funnyme3348 Mike Parsons is either purposely lying to you, or he is receiving deceptive visions. The Bible clearly talks. To take his view, you'd have to either deny so many verses that warn people of rejecting Christ, or conveniently try to explain them away by completely ignoring the context of the passages. For example: Hebrews 10:29 Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29How much more severely do you think one deserves to be punished who has trampled on the Son of God, profaned the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and insulted the Spirit of grace? Matthew 25:41 Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

@@funnyme3348 Hi funny me. Yes, I whole-heartedly agree with you God did raise Larzarus from the dead and can do the impossible, but God has already declared the fate of the wicked and those who reject Jesus Christ, and that is written in his word. And He's not going to do contrary to what He's already declared, for he declares the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10, Numbers 23:19). So if God says that the wicked are going to be destroyed, For God wishes for none to perish, but to have everlasting life Because God doesn't want anyone to perish that's why Christ died for everyone, but the effection of Christ's work is not automatic. For one to actually be a beneficiary of the forgiveness of sins and eternal life, one has to put his/her trust in Christ while one has life, for Hebrews 9:27 says that "..it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." Revelations 20 talks about the dead being judged for what they did on Earth. Anyone whose name was not found in the book of Life was cast into the lake of fire. This same sentiment is echoed in Luke 14:15-23, where Jesus compared the kingdom of heaven to a man who prepared a banquet and invited many guests. Those who were invited, originally, gave many excuses and did not attend the banquet. So the man gave an order to his servant to go into the roads and invite the sick, the lame, and those disadvantaged to attend. Those who reject his invitation would not partake of the feast. So you can see that God wants people to come to the feast of the lamb, but those who refuse to come to the feast would be cast out and not allowed to enter There are several bible passages that talk about the danger of rejecting the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and I believe we must be diligent in letting the world know and not lying to them about a purgatory, which doesn't exist. God loves everyone and does not delight in the destruction of people even evil ones (Ezekiel 33:11, Ezekiel 18:23). But that doesn't mean he's not going to judge those who refuse to turn to him. On the contrary, he will. That's why he's given people the task to proclaim his good news that there's salvation available and that there's peace with him through faith (Romans 5:1) Take a look at the old Testament. You see that at many points, God has destroyed many wicked wicked people in the past like in Genesis 6:7. But he made a way of escape for Noah and his family who went into the ark. Christ Jesus is the ark, and the only way one may escape from the coming wrath is by coming into Christ the ark (Matthew 24:37-39). If someone rejects Christ and ends up somewhere horrible. Then he or she has made his/her choice, and God is not at fault. People judge themselves unworthy of eternal life when they reject the good news (Acts 13:46) and God follows through with his judgement as he has written. So although we may want God to save the wicked people who find themselves in hell. That is not going to happen because he's already written about their fate, and this would make God righteous because as a judge, he has to punish sin.

@@explodingrubberducky797 You know, sometimes I don't understand the whole construct. This seems very elaborate. God saw the end from the beginning and said it was good. But, apparently He's fine with some of His offspring perishing and calls it good? Since He saw the end from the beginning, He could have changed it however He wished so no one would perish, be in any pain, or anything like that. Then the whole thing with sacrifices sounds like a lot. It's weird. We're literally are all thrown on this planet and hope we believe in the correct beings and do the right things so we have eternal life. I don't get it. It's like I and we all exist on this Earth to see if we can pass one Big Test, but this one Big Test hasn't been preached to every soul. If we don't pass this one big test, we perish. Seems messed up, considering when we first came into this Earth, we weren't given a manual.
