Nuckin Futs he's not really training hard here, probably just focussing on staying loose with the shoulder. Pros always do these, they don't want their opponents to see their really training

Nuckin Futs once you get some pop on your punches it becomes not as necessary to mindfully and intentionally turn them over, plus with hooks, it's all about how your wrists respond to thumbs up or thumbs in
