He's obviously a great fighter and he knocked out Lundy from this training camp. But one day I just wanna see that real power on the heavybag he be holding out on us lol. SUPERB TECHNIQUE is what he works in alot and timing.

A boxing Trainer and old proboxer from techistan or Ukraine told me its like thowing stones.. Terence snaps like at the end of his punches which every good pro should do.. Its a little like baseball throwing i think.. the shoulder the feet.. and the flow to these little hands ✋ has to be perfect

@@fitlifestylebiggainz read a bruce lee book.. look at Nick diaz.. or even chocolatito gonzalez.. they never throw exact at the target and change with the forarm to get a eye.. a cut..its hard to see even unteachable.. They got Talent and good trainers

People can say what they want about Mayweather but his heavy bag workouts are superior to almost all welterweights.

Never seen this guy go all out on the heavy bag or Pads, he always saves it for his poor opponents.. Would love to see him fight Spence, but they are not going to let it happen, which is a criminal act for boxing fans..

Matias G the science behind this method of heavy bag work is to train your mind and body to keep throwing punches at different speeds so that in the fight when you constantly exchange punches you will be used to it.

@@thegr8austin970 I definitely liked your take on this alot. The way I see it, a heavy bag is a good tool to help you practice occasional hard, sharp/clean body shots. In between one can throw relaxed punches to help set up the next hard shot. Being relaxed is important so if he goes hard and throws every shot with power then I think this can be counter productive as bags don't hit back
