Mikhail has a BBA degree from Eurapean Management School in Georgia, and MBA degree from Harvard Business School. Before coming to Kaspi Bank, he was responsible for investments in finance service sector at "Baring Vostok Capital Partners" direct investment fund.Before that, he was the owner of "GCG Audit"company, the leading consulting firm in Georgia, which in 2002 become a part of "Ernst &Young" company, one of the big auditing and consulting company in the world.
