Yes . Great to see the Black youth exempt themselves from the inner-city, dead-end norms of dying young, being paralyzed or incarcerated for life. They're Mother's & Father's should be proud to know one day they'll get that house they were promised. 🤔🤫

You're a person and they are peoples just like you. You're intrigued by the spirit and the culture and the ancestors, why do you think Miko chose to make the inhabitants of these specific areas the focus of his vlogs? It's crazy to me that none of the men think to ask Miko 5 questions back, have a conversation, learn about each other. I would ask Miko "what brings you to the area? What is your intention in bringing a camera into our community? Why do you want to document these streets?" And see what his hunch is.

Yes it's good to hear, but how much is just talk. How many actually are doing things to help themselves or the Community instead of bringing it down. How many will be unincarcerated , incarcerated or dead within the next two years? How many will leave children behind without father's? How many will kill or be killed by someone with the same skin as themselves? These are y he youth that create & become the statistics. 🤔

The sad part is that they don't even care about the fact that there is a whole different world out here. A world that doesn't consist of standing around in a parking lot talking about "we out here" Get a passport and jump on a plane and go see the world. This drunk lifestyle is depressing. I'm from Birmingham Alabama and just tuned in to your blogs. I really enjoy traveling with you and the people you meet. I'm in my middle 60's Disabled and have traveled in some of these places back in the day and they were so different and safe. I never been in a gang nor have family members in one but your blogs are very informative to me about gangs. I presently live in a public housing complex for the very first time in my life due to a hardship. I love my neighbors and feel safe at all times because f the environment. That's why I notice especially in Bronx a lot of elderly women safely walking past the gangs and some of them were so nice you can tell they were the protectors of the elderly in their buildings I am praying that in 2022 God will replace ALL housing complexes over USA Community Centers as a Safe Haven for our youths and families to go. In Jesus Mighty Name. Amen

Proverbs 4:14-22 Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not walk in the way of evil. Avoid it, do not travel on it; Turn away from it and pass on. For they do not sleep unless they have done evil, And their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall. For they eat the bread of wickedness, And drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble. My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

As an immigrant watching this nonsense just shaking my head. This country has plenty of opportunities for everybody, especially the locals born here. All that crap folks say about lack of opportunities etc is bullsh*t! If you want to, you can make it ‘out the hood’ living a legit life without worrying about violence or drugs looking over your shoulders, ankle monitors and all while glorifying being outlaws. These mentally immature people chose to live like this yet blame others for ‘holding them back’. I drove through S.W Atlanta and into Cobb county the other day… the difference is day & night. Excuses to stay looking poor and very ignorant, all acting victimized all day on one side. This is disheartening to watch people living the stereotype lifestyle.😔 These fools are really proud of themselves talking about this is an everyday lifestyle. Why are all the dudes in the hood victims claiming strangers (n****s) are ‘hating’ on them? Also saying ‘free such and such’ is literally saying “yeah my friend committed a crime but shouldn’t be locked up, just let him be free as a menace to the society” if you enjoy this lifestyle, Grow up! Yeah I said it!

You’re 100% correct. The immigrants come to this country and make a better life for themselves. People born here are entitled and have a victim mentality. It’s very sad!

You watching a vlog specifically dedicated to hood living, lol how self serving for you to crowbar your immigrant success story in here. You could have just as easily watched something about positive black youth. Some of yall stay telling on yourselves.
@isaac198428
@isaac198428 2 жыл бұрын
@@shaunyboy8923 There’s no such thing as ‘immigrant success’ because simply using your mind and body to better yourself isn’t that hard to do so yeah, this video is laughable and lifestyles depicted are a joke. You must be one of those ‘inspired’ by such videos to defend these folks.😂 Every single person in the video can do much better but they chose not to. You don’t see ANY immigrant outside a storefront or bus stop begging for spare change/waving a ‘homeless’ sign. Whether legal or illegal, they find a way to survive even if they have to work 80 plus hours a week making below minimum wage at odd jobs as they don’t pass on any job offered but you’re trying to convince us that these hoodlums being born here with everything still need HELP as they don’t have a way out of the hood they so much cherish. That’s why your assertion is dumb and I’m clowning the lifestyle! This is the Internet so I watch everything I come across. Same way you’re suggesting I could’ve watched or commented on a different video showing off positive black youth is the same way you could’ve easily skipped over my comment if it bothered you oh so much.

When I used to live in Atlanta I've never been to the west side. I've been the north side like Gwinnett County. I lived on the east side back and forward between Decatur and Stone Mountain. I've been to the south side like College Park and Riverdale and Thomasville. The closest I've been to the west side was living in Cobb County. I've seen Bankhead Courts and Bowen Homes in passing I've driven past it just never visited. I've never been to Simpson Road, The Bluff, Hollywood Road, etc.
