1. Simply observe and count the breaths. 2.meditate on a picture or any object. 3. Meditate on any mantra. 4. Meditate on chakras. 5. Feel compassion on others feelings.

ഇതൊരിക്കലും ധ്യാനം ആവില്ല ആസന പ്രാണായാമം അതു കഴിഞ്ഞ് ധാരണ അതും കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടാണ് ധ്യാനം ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത് കഴിയുന്നതും തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കാതിരിക്കുമല്ലോ

Sanatana dharma is the broadest view, unlike narrow views of Semitic religions. It accepts Jesus as ONE of the ways of saving oneself. But there is no monopoly! It accepts Allah, Budha, Yahova and many others also as equally acceptable. Infact it accepts the dictum "all roads lead to Rome." Infact the goals of all these are the same. Leave narrow mindedness and fully open your heart. Jesus himself said "Love thy enemy". That is the level of broadminedness he has and he advocates, not the narrow apprach. 🙏
