The lack of resources and the British naval blockade forced Germany to surrender. WW2 Germany was up against huge odds as well. Italy was a better ally but it was still not very good. Japan was strong but brought America into the war. But Germany crushed the allies at the start. The lack of resources made the war unsustainable and then Hitler was already seen as a warmonger and he was not a good negotiator and then he was not trusted either. But Germany was destroyed after ww1, with harsh treaties. Yet Germany rose to be so strong. Yes France was not the laughing stock like the memes but then Germany was still stronger than France by quite a bit. In a 1v1 Germany would beat France. Edit: Yeah France destroyed hre but then it doesn’t mean that it was stronger than the German empire. Plus Napoleon was a god.
