Milky Doughnut Recipe: Very Soft Doughnut ,Filling With Apricote Jam And White Chocolate

• 500g wheat flour
• 250mL milk
• 50g sugar
• 80g melted butter
• 6 egg yolks
• Pinch of salt and lemon zest
• 7g active dry yeast
• Vanilla essence
• Sunflower oil to deep fry
