God, I am so sick of these Lolita-esque male wish fulfillment movies. Can a man fall in love with a woman his own age? Can that same man fall in love with someone he is *not* in a position of power over? Can we not demean adult men by framing them as helpless, amoral, emotionally repressed misanthropes who can only be fixed by a teenage seductress? So exhausting.

No, young women have less baggage, less emotional issues, less baby daddy drama, why would an older guy date an older women with all those issues and sagging body when he can date a younger, prettier girl with none of those issues? Sorry, this is reality, if you are a woman, you better get married before you are too old for the dating pool. Or go date a younger man like so many cougars do that you seemed to conveniently left out of your diatribe.

Like it or not Jenna is pushing her boundaries on her acting and it’s really good. And people need to understand she’s grown up and not a child anymore. I love it. But she may get backlash online. And and we all know it can get nasty. But she’s going to back the story all the way. So let’s just see when it does come out. And we fans can get behind her. I have a feeling that it’s going to get nasty and there are going to be people not going to like this movie. So there have been backlash before on actresses and some had to leave because of it. I’m hopeful that his movie will do great. And it seems at the end of the trailer she came forward for what she done. Maybe 🤔

It kind of triggers me that most of the comments see fault with the man in the situation, when the trailer is clearly depicting Jenna trying to ruin his life with false allegations. Even crazier when you realize that a lot of men get their lives ruined in real life from girls blatantly making up lies about rape and suffering little to no consequences in return.
